How we work

Four steps.
No surprises.

Site visit

We come to you, measure the garden, note where the boundaries, neighbours and sun are, and talk through how you want to use the room. No obligation. No charge.

Fixed quote

You receive a clear written quote within 5 working days: your package, size, what is included and excluded, the lead time and the final price.

Build

Foundations, frame, cladding, finishes. Typically 8 to 10 weeks from order to handover. One point of contact throughout.

Handover

Walk-through, snag list, and all certificates and warranty details handed over to you in writing.
